The Collectibuild Way

Scan → Sync

AI does the rest

3 seconds per scan

Listing cards one at a time is the #1 reason eBay sellers burn out.

We built this template to help, but we built Collectibuild to solve it.

The eBay Grind

Filling out item specifics, writing titles under 80 characters, and crafting descriptions for every single card. The listing form feels endless.

Category & Condition Codes

Memorizing eBay category IDs, condition codes, and listing formats. One wrong number and your listing gets rejected or shows up in the wrong search results.

Image Hosting Hell

Photographing cards, uploading to a host, copying URLs, and pasting them into the right CSV row. One broken link and your listing looks unprofessional.

Frequently asked questions

How do I bulk upload trading cards to eBay?
You can bulk upload trading cards using eBay's Seller Hub or File Exchange tool with a CSV file. Our template gives you the exact column format eBay expects, with example trading card data pre-filled. Just replace the sample rows with your own cards and upload.
What fields does the eBay bulk import CSV need for trading cards?
Action (Add or Revise), Category ID (183454 for individual trading cards), Title (80 char max), ConditionID (4000 for Near Mint), StartPrice, Quantity, Format (FixedPrice or Auction), Description, PicURL for images, and Custom Label for your SKU. Our template includes all of these pre-configured.
What eBay category ID should I use for trading cards?
The most common category for individual trading cards is 183454 (Collectible Card Games > Individual Cards). For sealed products, use 183453. For lots, use 183455. Our template uses 183454 by default.

Yes. Collectibuild lets you scan a card with your phone camera and creates a complete eBay listing in about 3 seconds with AI-generated descriptions, auto-captured images, and structured metadata. No spreadsheet required.
Does the template work for all trading card games?
The template structure works for any TCG, sports cards, or collectible cards. The example rows show Pokemon and MTG formatting, but you can adapt the titles and descriptions for Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, sports cards, or any other game.
Is Collectibuild free to use?
You get 1,000 free credits when you sign up. AI recognition typically costs under 25 cents per product. Publishing to eBay is always free. No subscription required—credits never expire.
