Fill in your own shipping service and cost before uploading. If you use eBay business policies (saved shipping, return, and payment presets), use your policy names instead of the shipping, handling time, and returns columns. Sports cards use category 261328 with a required Sport column instead of Game.

- How do I bulk upload trading cards to eBay?
- Use Seller Hub Reports, which replaced File Exchange: go to Seller Hub > Reports > Uploads, fill in a CSV with one row per card, and upload it. Our template is built from eBay's own template for trading card singles, with example rows filled in. eBay's own template, available from the same Uploads page, lists every column for your account.
- What fields does the eBay bulk import CSV need for trading cards?
- Action, Category (183454 for collectible card game singles like Pokemon and MTG, 261328 for sports card singles), Title (80 characters max), ConditionID (4000 = Ungraded, 2750 = Graded), a card condition for ungraded cards (such as Near mint or better) or the grader and grade for graded cards, Game (or Sport for sports cards), Description, photo URL, Format, Duration (GTC for fixed price), Start price, Quantity, Location, handling time, returns option, and shipping service and cost. If you use eBay business policies, you enter your policy names instead of the shipping, handling time, and returns columns. CustomLabel (your SKU) is optional.
- What eBay category ID should I use for trading cards?
- For collectible card game singles (Pokemon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!), use 183454 (CCG Individual Cards). For mixed card lots, use 183455. Sealed products have their own categories: 183456 for sealed packs, 261044 for sealed boxes, and 261045 for sealed cases. Sports card singles use 261328. Our template uses 183454.
- Is there a faster way than manually editing a CSV?
- Yes. Collectibuild identifies your cards from photos, writes the title and description, and exports your listings as an eBay CSV, so you don't have to type every row by hand.
- Does the template work for all trading card games?
- Yes, for any collectible card game in category 183454. The example rows are Pokemon cards; for other games, change the Game column to eBay's name for it, such as Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG, One Piece CCG, or Disney Lorcana TCG. Sports cards use category 261328 and a required Sport column instead of Game.
