AI Recognition Accuracy

Our AI recognition system strives for accuracy but is not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all product titles, descriptions, and pricing before publishing. CollectiBuild is not liable for errors in AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

Credits and Payment

CollectiBuild operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for AI recognition services and do not expire. Publishing to sales channels is free. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon), you authorize CollectiBuild to create and update products on your behalf. You remain bound by the terms of service of each connected platform. CollectiBuild is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your listings.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to CollectiBuild. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our recognition and listing services.

Limitation of Liability

CollectiBuild is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of CollectiBuild after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
